SHUT UP & SWEAT Athletic Gear STUDENT ATHLETE ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM!!!

(This year's scholarships are for high school seniors who graduated in June 2012 ONLY!!!)

The following parameters are the minimum requirements to be eligible for SHUT UP & SWEAT Athletic Gear Student Athlete Annual Scholarship nominations. Obtaining these minimum qualifications does NOT guarantee a scholarship for your nominee. It does guarantee that your nominee may officially be included in the selection process only.

Please accumulate all the information requested below and send to the address at the bottom. There is no form to fill out, just be sure that everything asked for is included.

ALL of the following must be included to be eligible for the Shut Up & Sweat Athletic Gear Scholarships:

1) You must possess a minimum (3.00) grade point average for your entire high school grading period. (We will need to have a copy of those transcripts sent to us).

2) You must provide us with your sports and school involvement history during your high school years, including any special awards (MVP, Class President, Team Captain, Most Inspirational, League Championship, etc.). This information must also be accompanied by coach or athletic director contact information, so that our Scholarship Committee can confirm this information.

3) You must include any Community Service you may have been involved in during your high school years, (Also providing contact information for us to verify the information).

4) Please include any additional information that you believe helps qualify your nominee for a student athlete annual scholarship from Shut Up & Sweat Athletic Gear. (This may include work, home life special situation, etc.).

5) A 1-2 page letter from the nominating person/s explaining why the nominee is an excellent choice for a scholarship.
