SHUT UP & SWEAT Athletic Gear is a company generating college scholarships for high school student athletes, while also providing quality workout clothing for everyone sizes (Small-3XL). Our first trademarked slogan, SHUT UP & SWEAT, tells all those negative influences that keep us from working out to SHUT UP & SWEAT!!!

The company was the brainchild of Mike Dudley and his wife Nancy, from San Jose, California. Mike is a local high school track & field and cross-country coach, who has always promoted academics as well as athletics. He has seen his share of kids who handle their grades throughout high school, yet have little or no opportunity to attend college after they graduate, for numerous reasons. These kids all manage to handle their responsibilities in the classroom. Dudley felt that if he could find a vehicle to generate scholarships, he and his wife Nancy could truly make a difference and change the hope and direction of numerous graduating student athletes forever.

In 2010 they decided to put everything they had on the line to take what they believed may be their one chance to see their dreams come true. So far, things look great. The support from everyone everywhere has been amazing. Once people realize this is an opportunity to help our young student athletes, they realize it ultimately helps us all.

We think we have found the perfect vehicle to make these dreams come true. A great company name and a great motivational slogan, (SHUT UP & SWEAT), a great cause to support(COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS), and a high quality workout line of clothing.

Anyone can visit the SHUT UP & SWEAT website, (www.ShutUpAndSweat.com), and nominate someone for the annual scholarships. There is no purchase necessary to nominate someone. At the end of the year, nominations will be reviewed, and scholarships will be distributed by the SHUT UP & SWEAT SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE.

We believe that whether it be taking responsibility for your own personal health and wellness, or taking responsibility for helping our youth get where they need to go, there are NO EXCUSES!!!
